Through our Bags® solutions, we help airlines and airports deliver streamlined luggage check-in services with an exceptional customer experience. Whether your travelers use curbside check-in at the terminal or remote check-in in a parking lot, the rental car center, or the transportation center, our Bags® process makes departure quick, easy, and hassle-free with our helpful and cheerful agents.

For cruise ports, Bags® provides enhanced service support, including on-board airline luggage check-in, simplifying the process for returning passengers expediting the disembarkation process.

We operate and manage Luggage Service Offices to resolve lost delayed and damaged luggage issues quickly for airlines. Our Luggage Service Office personnel interface with travelers to assist them with mishandled or damaged luggage while providing exceptional customer service support.

SP+ is the nationwide leader in delayed luggage delivery services. Supporting over 275 U.S. airports and over 50 in Canada, Bags HomeServe delivery works with airlines and airports to return delayed luggage quickly to travelers . Since its inception, Bags HomeServe has managed over 15 million deliveries. The service includes online real-time status updates for passengers via Where’s My Suitcase.

For short distance connecting flights with limited storing availability, our Bags service offers Luggage Trucking Management. This large-scale luggage routing service uses a fleet of vehicles to transport luggage to destination airports, reducing the operating cost of luggage delivery for airlines and airports.

To ease the burden of traveling with checked luggage, our Bags VIP Delivery service allows travelers to bypass luggage claim and arrive at their final destination faster. We pick up your checked luggage from the baggage claim carousel and deliver within 100 miles of the arrival airport.  Unlike most specialty service providers, our VIP services occur same day for the ultimate travel experience.
